Talia Luc is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in integrative healthcare. She earned her undergraduate degree from Lenoir-Rhyne University in North Carolina, her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland where she also served as an adjunct instructor in their FNP program. She obtained her post-master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Johns Hopkins University. She has also obtained additional training through the Institute of Functional Medicine and the BHRT Training Academy.
Prior to joining Pacific Psychiatry, Talia owned and operated her own clinic, which was recognized as “Best of the Central Coast” in 2026. There, she provided a range of services including psychiatric care, medically managed weight loss, hormone replacement therapy for men and women, and functional medicine-based approaches to optimize overall wellness. She is passionate about patient-centered care that integrates mental, hormonal, and metabolic health to support whole-person wellness.
Prior to opening her own clinic, Talia served the local community as a Primary Care Provider and worked extensively in underserved areas with Federally Qualified Health Centers.
At Pacific Psychiatry, Talia provides psychiatric mental health assessments and ongoing psychiatric treatment. She combines her clinical expertise with a compassionate, integrative approach, drawing on her own personal journey to help patients achieve meaningful improvements in their overall well-being.
